RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

We want our customers to be happy so if you have find issues with your Christmas tree or we have delivered the incorrect size, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 1300 530 135.

Trees cannot be returned.

 

DISCLAIMER

The purchaser shall be responsible for all risk of loss or damages from and after delivery.

Maybloom Christmas Tree Farm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, costs or expenses relating to the delivery, installation, use, storage, removal, transportation or destruction of the items purchased.

Maybloom Christmas Tree Farm shall not be responsible if any of the plant material supplied is found to contain insects or for any damage that may result.

Maybloom Christmas Tree Farm reserves the right to refuse / cancel an order if it is deemed to be outside of our delivery region, inside the Melbourne CBD or within close proximity to the Melbourne CBD.
