🌲 About Our Christmas Trees
Where are your Christmas trees grown?
All of our trees are proudly grown on our family-run farm just outside Melbourne. Each tree is carefully nurtured, hand-selected, and freshly cut to ensure premium quality, lush shape, and that classic Christmas pine scent.
What type of trees do you sell?
We grow and sell real, freshly-cut Monterey Pine (Pinus radiata) — the traditional Australian Christmas tree known for its full shape, vibrant green colour, and festive fragrance.
How fresh are the trees when delivered?
Extremely fresh! Every tree is harvested on the day of delivery to ensure it lasts longer and stays beautiful throughout the festive season.
🛒 Ordering & Delivery
How do I order a tree?
It’s easy — just visit our online store, choose your preferred size, and select your delivery date during checkout.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Melbourne Metro. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your suburb, please email us before ordering.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes — you can select your preferred delivery day at checkout. While we always do our best to deliver on your chosen date, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed. If a specific date is important, please contact us prior to ordering.
When do deliveries take place?
Deliveries run from 22nd November to 22nd December each year.
What if I’m not home for the delivery?
If no one is home, our driver will leave your tree in a safe and accessible spot at the front of your property.
Installation & Stands
Do you offer tree installation?
Yes! For a small additional fee, we can install your tree into a new stand upon delivery. Installation is available on ground floor locations only.
Can you install the tree into my old stand?
Unfortunately, installation is only available with a new stand purchased from us. We’re unable to install into existing or previously used stands.
Do I need a stand?
Yes — a stand is essential for keeping your tree upright and hydrated. We offer two stand sizes:
- Small Stand: For trees up to 2 m tall
- Large Stand: For trees up to 2.5 m tall
🚜 Farm Visits
Can I visit the farm and choose my tree in person?
Yes! Our farm is open for visitors during the Christmas season, and no bookings are required. Simply come along, wander through the rows of trees, and hand-pick your favourite. We’ll cut, net, and help you load it for the trip home.
Can I take my tree home on the day?
Absolutely — if you’re visiting the farm, you can take your tree with you immediately after it’s cut.
🧹 Tree Collection & Disposal
Do you collect trees after Christmas?
Yes! We offer a collection service in early January. Just leave your tree on the nature strip or in a clear, accessible area, and we’ll collect it on the scheduled day (confirmed via email).
🌿 Caring for Your Tree
How do I keep my tree fresh?
- Keep the stand topped up with water — trees can drink up to 2 litres per day.
- Place it away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- If possible, give the trunk a fresh cut before placing it in water.
How long will my tree last?
With proper care, your tree will stay fresh and vibrant for 3–5 weeks, perfect for the entire festive season.

Do you supply trees for offices or events?
Yes! We can supply trees for homes, offices, retail spaces, and events. Contact us to discuss bulk orders or special requirements.
Can I buy decorations or lights from you?
We offer tree stands and optional installation. Decorations and lights are not included.
